- Planning and executing the general HR matters; Recruitment、Employee's worktime management、Labor management (solving problems)、Salary matters、Employee education and training、dealing with the labor union (The priority will be the recruitment to build up the company)
- Act as a window person for the external matters; Dealing with the governmental Authorities to acquire the permits and licenses
Making up and maintaining good relationship between the neighbors (including both companies and residents)
- Making and properly managing the internal company rules(ex:Travel allowances...)
- Planning and directing the GA matters; Building/Factory management(Security, Cleanliness、maintaining)、IT affairs、Safety Environment
- Taking care of the guests, and also supporting the Japanese expats and other employees who come to Indonesia
- Management and training of the members who directly report to this position
- Help the Japanese expats in the terms above and other jobs happening in the startup phase of a new company
