<Job Description>

Having responsibility to operate the branch in general affairs, such as;


-Sales support roles; Invoicing, sales data management, analytics, general research

-Accounting; Daily petty cash booking, handling reimburesements, reporting to the corporate accounting staff

-GA; General office management, purchasing and inventory of office supply, name cards and business use materials

-HR; General HR admin, managing the leave updates and entitles

-IT support; PC and PC supply management, liaise with the corporate IT manager

-etc: Operating telephones, guest relation (close to receptionist), liaision officer with other business units (located in the same building, and working close), and so on


*Since we are still in a startup phase, it is not limited to above,  the person needs to be flexible about his/her roles which might slightly change from this


<Requirements>

Age: 22 - 30

Necessary skill/experience:  

Personality: Helpful, detailed, accurate, able to deal with numbers

Possess basic excel skill and eager to develop more

Not a closed-minded person regarding the job description 

(flexible to handle various kinds of jobs, according to the business situation)

Able to join immediately (within October)
