Position : Customer Service Executive

Reporting to : Manager

Work Location : Gurgaon


Responsibilities :

■Customer service of existing customers, telephone / mail correspondence, if necessary , visit client place.

■Logistics operations SEA / AIR FREIGHT FORWARDING, IMPORT / EXPORT HANDLING

■Request and arrange business to partner companies, arrange


〇Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

〇Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

〇Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

〇Develop service procedures, policies and standards

〇Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

〇Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

〇Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement [ Kaizen ]

〇Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

〇Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities


Requirements : 

■Customer service experiences in Logistics company more than 2 year


Desirable Experiences :

■Japanese Logistics company experiences
