Position : Purchase and Procurement for Casting
Reporting to : Japanese Division Head
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
1) Delivery
· Order management, PO issuance accompanying production planning.
· Delivery trouble correspondence (business trips for negotiation, cause analysis, etc.)
2) Cost
· Select supplier of new parts and decide the price.
· Price revision of current trading parts (Depending on material market and FX)
· Cost reduction of existing trading parts.
3) Quality
· Understanding of defect report and guidance for making recurrence prevention report.
· Negotiation for claim for damages
Requirements :
■ Production engineer in mass production industry.
■ To be able to prepare and assess the estimate details of aluminum / iron casting parts.
Desirable Experiences :
■Experience experienced casting production technology of related automotive manufacturer or supplier
■Buyer experience for casting machine
