Job Description
Position : Production Manager
Reporting to : Plant Head
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
Under supervision of Senior manager of Production, to manage following jobs
・To make "Production Plan" based on Sales Dept. Order Quantities.
・To conduct Packing, In house Logistic of complete vehicles and export products.
・To maintain and improve "Product Quality" and "Production Efficiency"
・To maintain facilities related to production
・To manage staffs of Production Dept.
・To follow up "Preparation status of new product", timely.
・To evaluate job results of staffs of Production Dept.
・To conduct job order made by Senior Manager of Production
Requirements :
①Experience of total management of Production at least three years at Manufacturing company.
②Production Planning Knowledge
③Production Efficiency Control Knowledge
④Production staff Control
⑤Designing of facilities of production
