Position : Admin HR Manager
Reporting to : Japanese
Work Location : Pune
Responsibilities :
①Design of labor management [ IR ], HR personnel system, business flow in growth period
②Building up of personnel evaluation system
③Design of salary system in organizations with diverse functions
④Drafting and executing strategies (including employment of foreign nationalities) based on management strategy
⑤Indian society's unique labor management
⑥Re-building up of welfare benefits, planning
⑦Work for training related to education
⑧Compliance, planning general affairs event
⑨Management of fixed assets
Requirements :
〇Personnel management with more than 100 manufacturers [Related Automobile]
〇Work experience of recruitment, salary, labor management, education, welfare benefits for over 10 years
〇Labor legal affairs
