Job Description
1. Responsible of managing overall profitability and successful operation of the plant Operations, Quality, Production, Value Streaming , PPC, New product development, SCM, Purchase Operations & People Management.
2. Planning & execution to meet customer demand and interaction with OEM’ Customers like- Renault NISSAN, Honda, Toyota, ISUZU, MSIL
3. Strategic Business Planning – Leader of Top management team responsible for Setting Vision, Goals, Strategy & Technology .
4. Responsible of costing, budgeting, riving cost reduction initiative across business and manufacturing process
5. Interaction with Top Management and global headquarter for P&L, Strategic Business Plan, Annual Operating Plan.
6. Plant management through a team of managers and engineers
7. Organization restructuring Operational Excellence & Plants Profitability(Contribution, FC, EBDTA, PBT) Enhancing Customer focus in Q,C,D & NPD, Programme & Project Management.
8. Familiar with codes like ISO:9002, QS:9000, TS:16949 & SHE Audit, ISO:14001, OHSAS - 18001, TPM, TQM. EMS,QMS, KAIZEN, JIT, POKA YOKE.
9. Ensuring proper information flow and communication.
10. MIS submission to Management. ( Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, )
11. Ensuring safety and discipline, Compliance of all statutory requirement
