Our client, a progressive Chinese bank, is looking for a DCM professional to fill the position of Assistant Manager or Manager in their expanding Structured Product Department. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right individual.
Job Descriptions
Support DCM on origination, structuring, execution and syndication of high grade / high yield primary bond market transactions, through public or private placement
Internally, work closely with other departments throughout the DCM process. Externally, to liaise with third parties on execution process as well as formulating DCM financial proposal including indicative terms and structure of bonds
Carrying out due diligence / analysis on feasibility (including clients’ background / status, industry, financial and credit standing, etc.) of potential DCM business opportunities
Preparing generic as well as deal specific pitching materials and updating the relevant pitch books on a periodic basis
Performing debt syndicate function
Requirements
University graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including fluent Putonghua
