Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese integrated logistics company, they are now looking for a right candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
To provide customer services to clients to maintain and support.
Handle daily operation and responsible for overall customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
Assist in ad hoc duties, including account and administrative duties
Visiting customers in PRC when required
Requirements
Diploma or above
- 1-3 years solid working experience in logistics field prefer
- Experience in handling shipment and full set I/E documents is an advantage
- Good command of Japanese (speaking and writing), Mandarin and English
Package
•5 - 5.5 days
•Salary up to 20K
