Our company is a startup hedge fund and asset management company. Currently, they are hiring talents for the startup members as follows.
Chief Operating Officer (Salary negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Successfully establish the middle back operation of hedge fund under CEO initiatives on pre license period
- Responsible for manage middle back office team of type9 licensed company after obtain the licensed corporation status
- Supervise HR, accounting and IT function as well as risk monitoring/control for the launched funds
- Deal with the regulatory issue and well communicate with the regulator on the back of the support from third party professionals, i.e. lawyer or accounting house.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operation at asset management industry
- Hedge fund experience preferred
- Well organized, superior leadership and communication/ negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Multi-task, able to take initiative with entrepreneurial mindset at startup company
