Shop Manager
Job Description
- Handle maintenance of equipment/suppliers in restaurants
- Price negotiation with suppliers
- Oversee the process of restaurant development and improvement
- Manage both the kitchen and dining hall
- Report to Japanese managers
- Training in chain restaurants will be provided
Requirements
- Experience in chain store/restaurant development
- Familiar with maintenance of equipment/suppliers in restaurants
- Experience in costing and negotiating prices with suppliers
- Knowledge of floor plan
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Speaking Japanese is an advantage
- Responsible and can build up a team
