Job Description
Our client, a Japanese Metal company is looking for a Sales Executive with the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
・Direct report to directors and overseas acc operations.
・Independently handle full set of account and payroll.
・Responsible for the preparation of financial reports.
・Monitor and control budget and cashflow.
・Liaise with external auditor, bankers and participate.
・Control mainland-China suppliers
・Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
・University graduate with final stage of HKICPA or ACCA is preferred but not a must.
・Minimum 5 years' experience in SME Trading / Manufacturer is preferable (have electronic components/automotive industry background is preferred).
・Solid experience in set up and development of accounting policies, procedures
・Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must.
・Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of MYOB is much preferred.
・Self-motivated, strong problem solving skills, independent, proactive, responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
・Japanese speaking is much advantage but not required
Package:
•5 days
•Double Pay with discretionary bonus
•TST
•16-23K
