Job Description
Our client, a Japanese financial group of trust banking, is looking for Dealer / Assistant Dealer as the following.
Responsibilities:
▪ Monitoring daily cash-flow & P/L position, conducting money market funding operations (including
interbank depo, certificates of deposit & FX Swaps) to comply with internal rules and HKMA
liquidity standards
▪ Assisting with fixed income transactions, including the purchase of government bonds and
obtaining funds via repurchase agreements (US Treasuries, USD agency bonds & EUR government
bonds)
▪ Achieving & maintaining profit targets through the pricing of customer loans/deposits in
conjunction with other business units
▪ Performing IRS and xCcySwap for customer loan hedging and cash funding purposes
Requirements:
▪ Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
▪ At least 2 years’ banking experience in money market or other related disciplines
▪ Proficient in English & Mandarin, Japanese will be high advantage.
▪ Analytical and detail-minded with good numerical sense
▪ Stable, self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal skills
▪ Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
