Job Description

Our client is a fancy French Gallery operating in Paris, New York and Hong Kong. They are now looking for high caliber candidates to join their Hong Kong office.


Responsibilities:
• Perform full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support to senior management and Directors
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on meeting arrangements
• Prepare agenda, minutes, presentation materials and correspondence
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, records and files
• Undertake special assignments, last minute travel, ad-hoc assignments when needed



Requirements:
• Good command of both written and oral Japanese and English, native Japanese is preferable.
• Quick and excellent quality of English and Japanese translation 
• Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience in Japanese corporation and serving senior executive
• Skillful in using Mac computer, Office and Photoshop
• Can work in flexible working hours and under pressure
• Presentable, energetic, independent, outgoing, self-motivated and devoted
• Prioritized, detail-oriented, energetic with good organizational and communication skills
• Multiple tasking, able to prioritize tasks and discretion in handling confidential information
