Job Description
Our client, a well-established bank, is hiring a Transaction Banking Sales covering Trade Services and Cash Management Solutions for China & Taiwan corporates.
Responsibilities
• Identify key client segment to enhance Transaction Banking revenue potential;
• Formulate sales plan to convert targeted clients’ potential into revenue;
• Drive the client engagement process to understand clients’ needs, KPIs and decision making process so as to decide the engagement;
• Conduct trade and cash flow analysis to identify Transaction Banking needs;
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers on deal origination, negotiation and closing.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related disciplines;
• 5-8 years’ experience in Trade Services and Cash Management Sales;
• Good understanding of Trade products (supply chain finance, trade receivable financing) and Cash Management products (liquidity management, payment solution and collection solution);
• Independent with good judgment and ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues where appropriate;
• Proven ability to originate transaction and identify business opportunities;
• Excellent command of spoken Mandarin and written Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
