Our client, a Japanese manufacturer in Chemical and Electronic. They are seeking the following position for their team.
Environmental & Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
-Assist in establishing, revising and reviewing an Environmental, Health and Safety policy, and ensure the compliance against the statutory requirements
-Assist in job hazard analysis, evaluation of potential hazards and the identification of hazardous conditions and hazardous exposure
-Lead and handle accident/incident, investigations, follow-ups, corrective actions, analysis, and recommendations
-Develop and conduct safety training course for all staff to enhance their safety awareness
-Assist in conducting Environmental, Health and Safety promotion
Requirements:
-Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health, solid experience in environmental is a must
-Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
-Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese
-Good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
-Japanese speaking is an advantage but not a must.

Salary up to $28K x 13.5 + discretionary bonus
