Our client, a Japanese Food Retail Chain Stores is now looking for talent to join their team -
Job Description
• Identify potential sites for shop development and carry out systematic prospecting;
• Undertake regular research to identify potential market and develop corresponding strategy to drive business growth;
• Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions with contract parties; and
• Facilitate implementation of new store openings through coordination with different teams including consultants.
Requirements
• Diploma in business management, property management or related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in leasing management, preferably gain from shopping malls;
• Strong business network with major property developers and estate agency companies;
• Familiar with leasing procedures, tenancy agreements or other related documents;
• Presentable, strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines; and
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese; knowledge of Japanese is a highly preferred
