Job Description

Our client, a Japanese fashion retail Company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team: 


Responsibilities:


•Perform HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and daily operations

•Handling the mass recruitment activities including shops sales recruitment and back office operational staff recruitment 

•Assist in C&B such as Employee Recreation and daily HR related operation handling: review and execution 

•Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies

•Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities

•Collaborate with the business to build effective working relationships.

•Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as required


Requirements:


•University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 2-3 years of solid HR experiences in FMCG or sizable retail company

•Preferred having Fashion retail chain experience

•Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must

•Initiative, assertive, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Good at both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Japanese is an advantage 

•Immediate available is highly preferred 


Package:


•5 days / 09:00 – 18:00

•Double pay with Discretionary Bonus

•Tsim Sha Tsui

•16-18K
