Our client, a marketing technology company is looking for a talented candidate for following position-
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Managing, reviewing progress and delivering support to existing clients
• Maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
• Supporting products installation process by fulfilling client's specifications and requirements, acquiring customer feedback for products development
• Handling calls and forwarding technical questions to Japanese technical support team
• Coordinating activities of different departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient flow within the company nationally and internationally
• Accompanying sales to assist in customer support when necessary • Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and business plan for the company
• Carrying out offline marketing activities including trade exhibitions and seminars
• Managing and executing digital marketing operations such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, organizing online contents of the products and post them to SNS or blog
• Fulfilling accounting operations including dispatching invoices and other administrative documents to clients and company’s accounting division
• Manage back office and ad hocs
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration
• Fluent in English and Cantonese both spoken and written
•Experience in marketing or sales is a plus
•Passion in digital industry, knowledge of HTML or JavaScript would be a plus
• Pleasant personality with high responsible, service-minded, proactive, detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and well under dynamic working environment
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
