Job Description


A Japanese computer related manufacturing company is looking for a suitable candidate with the following requirements:

Responsibilities

  •           Handle HR related duties, mange staff leave record, attendant and payroll
  •           Assist in general administrative duties
  •           Perform basic accounting duties
  •           Perform translation and interpretation duties during meeting or for any documents
  •           Coordinate with different departments for any projects or ad hoc duties


Requirements

  •              Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  •              About 2 years experiences in HR or admin related duties
  •              Good communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills
  •              Good command in Japanese, English and Mandarin is required
  •              Less experience candidates in electronic companies will also be considered
  •              Knowledge in ISO is a plus
