Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese Toys trading company is now looking for the following candidate to fulfil their elite team -
Requirments
- Degree in Accountacny and ACCA/HKICPA finalised is preferable
- With at least 5 years relevant experience
- Preferable with 3 years in a managerial level
- Preferable with SAP experience
Responsibilities
- Responsible to prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
- Lead the team to complete month end and year end account closing
- Managing the accounting department of Hong Kong
- Assist the accounting teams in Asia Regions countries (PRC, Sing, Indo, Taiwan, etc)
- Budget and Financial Control, Financial Analysis to facilitate the senior management team decisions
- Responsible for statutory audit and tax filing
- Contribute to developing and enhancing operational internal controls, accounting processes and compliance
- Participate in projects and reporting related to holding company
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers
- Work to improve and document processes and procedures impating the company
- Handling ad hoc projects
