Our client, a Japanese sizable company, is looking for a customer services Officer meeting the requirements below.
Duties :
- Handle customer inquiries in a good business manner
- Schedule arrangement & Orders follow up
- Contact with factories and clients’ sites/offices
- Provide support to team members and manager
- Prepare documents and reports
Requirement :
- Degree holder in any discipline
- With a min 3 years relevant experience in Customer Support / Coordination
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Japanese
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
