Executive/Assistant Executive, Business Development
Job Description
1. Provide client service, administrative and sales support to Japanese clients;
2. Assist in business development of designated markets;
3. Handle policy servicing enquiries and assist in new business processing;
4. Collect feedback and comments from the client and associates to maintain good relationship;
5. Coordinate travel arrangement.
6. Undertake other duties as from time to time necessary to assist in the successful operations of the company;
Job Requirement
• Native / proficient in written and spoken Japanese is essential;
• At least 1-2 year work experience, preferably in finance/insurance industry
• Good command of English and Chinese;
• Experience and knowledge in financial products is an advantage;
• Diploma holder or above;
• Computer literate including MS Word, excel and outlook;
• Detailed-minded and is willing to learn;
• Able to work independently in a fast pace working environment;
