IT Support
Job Description:
- Handling support calls on IT infrastructure and booking system related incidents.
- Monitoring the system and networks status.
- Regularly reviewing and optimizing the booking system.
- Managing infrastructural changes.
- Communicating and working with involved partners to resolve incidents and problems.
- Work closely with shops for new product / price / menu update and preparation in booking system.
- Basic user training.
- Support on-site software & hardware installation, repair and maintain the operation in shops and office.
- Handle ad-hot tasks & troubleshoot application and networking problems
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science (or related major).
- Good knowledge in Webs application development, SQL and Database
- Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and PC operating skills.
- Knowledge to Java, PHP, Flex(Flash).
- Business level of Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is an advantage.
- 2 years or above software developing experience (any kind of language) is preferred.
- Experience of building, maintaining web pages is preferred.
- Immediately available or short period of notice is preferred.
