This respected garment manufacturer services retailers and importers globally. Owning the most advanced facilities, the company continues to invest in new technology and equipment. It now has a new headcount for an Investment Manager.
Job responsibilities:
•Regularly monitoring government’s development policies and the reforming directions for e-commerce, consumer market and manufacturing; providing suggestions and solutions for Group Management’s decision making and strategy mapping
•Taking part in laying down the investment strategies
•In view of the opportunities in the capital market, formulates the capital financing plans and financing solutions for specific projects, then organizes the implementation
•Takes part in creating new businesses as well as restructuring businesses
•Submits reports of investment analysis and investment performance
Qualification:
•10+ years’ experience in investment banking, financial management or related field
•Ability to organize, create, and engineer such capital financing projects and financial solutions as M & A, restructuring and listing
•3+ years’ experience working in the headquarters of a sizable company
•5+ years’ experience gained from investment banks, other financial institutions or sizable enterprises. Experienced in investing in projects related to brands, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries
•5 years’ professional experience in operation of funds, private equities, asset restructuring and capital operation
•Great English and Mandarin with good report writing skills
