Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sourcing team to support R&D on various ODM projects, including Consumer Electronics, Power Electronics and Telecommunication products
- In charge of the Commodity Sourcing for EM, Mechanical parts, Packaging Materials and Accessories, review the sourcing status on a regular basis
- Understand the Technology direction of Industry and Industry capacity
- Formulate strategy on cost & flexibility negotiation
- Supplier Selection / Qualification / Management
- Benchmarking Analysis
- Drive for continuous improvements of Suppliers' Performance
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Mechanical engineering or related discipline
- At least 12 years solid experience in Sourcing / Purchasing of EM, Mechanical parts and Packaging Materials in EMS industry, with minimum 5 years at Supervisory level
- Experience in IC / LCD / Touch Panel Electronics Components / Commodities is required
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills when Managing Global and local Suppliers
- Result-oriented, a good team leader and able to work under pressure and fast pace working environment
- Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Work in Shenzhen, Lo Wu
