Function :
- As a Technical Expert in Magnetic, the candidate is expected to have indepth knowledge of Core Materials availability for the Application, Magnetics Design, build process and Automation.
- As Technical Expert to support to Factory in early Magnetic builds
Job Descriptions :
- To design Magnetic parts for products in development stage and advanced platforms
- To provide Magnetic design solution
- To coordinate Engineering samples
- To make Advanced Magnetic Design to improve cost and performance.
- To support Product design team to provide Magnetic Design Solution and samples for evaluation
- To work closely with Magnetic Core vendors to tool new parts and to develop new core Materials for the future Application
- To work closely with Machine vendors to introduce new Automation concepts.
- To supervise a team of 3 Magnetic staff to generate Magnetic part Specifications and Drawings and to build Engineering prototypes
- To perform their appraisals
- Use Mechanical Drawing tools & perform Mechanical Tolerance Analysis
- To generate creative solution

Job Requirements :
- Degree or Master –preference in Mechanical Engineering with min 10 years relevant experience
- Interpersonal & Communication inc. Languages of Chinese + English
- Leadership/ supervision
- Usage of mechanical/ magnetic Tools
- Presentation
- Flexible in travelling to China
- Resourceful and innovative
