Job Description
- Manage retail website and online sales channels/platforms
- Research Markets for products, competitors, pricings, and advertising platforms
- Maintain product details, cost prices and pricing records
- Review product pricing regularly and identify new potential products in order to enhance the product line
- Run multiple digital advertising channels, campaigns, objectives and priorities to achieve online business target. Social networks marketing channels, such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and etc
- Good experience in deal with external advertising networks/platforms providers to negotiate collaborations
- Manage and control inventory and logistics management
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales customer service
- Support and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Marketing / Business Studies or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in e-commerce and online sales (Preferred having a thorough understanding of the fashion industry, as well as market environment)
- Good PC knowledge, including Photoshop
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Analytical mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, detail minded, self-motivated and hard working
