Job Description
- To coordinate with Client coverage teams and other business units to acquire new Cash Management clients
- To work with Head Office on Cash Management initiatives including Regional Strategies, Propositions, and Product Development maintain healthy and up-to-date reports
- To streamline Transaction Banking processes to enhance efficiency
- To cross-sell other Banking products including Trade Finance, Global Markets, Loans, etc.
- To share updated Market and Product news with Stakeholders
- To arrange regular Training sessions or meeting within Team
- Degree or above in related disciplines with 5 years of Banking experiences in Corporate Banking/ Transaction Banking of which 3 years are of supervisory experience
- Good Banking Product knowledge including Trade Finance and Cash Management
- Strong in Credit and Risk Analysis, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong in Business development skills, performance driven, and Sales-oriented
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaker is an advantage
- Aggressive, result-oriented with good business acumen
