Job Description
- To manage the Credit Administration function at the Branch and ensure smooth execution of Day-to-Day activities in an effective and efficient manner
- To ensure that new Credit Applications have been properly approved
- To facilitate and review the loan documentation (including loan agreements, letter of offers, guarantees, transfer of title to collateral)
- To coordinate with Head Office and external lawyers on loan documentation
- To arrange proper registration/liens of/on collaterals and monitor the emplacement of facility limits
- To ensure Safe custody of Loan documentation
- To review the drawdowns/rollover of loans, monitor the receipt of repayments, and keep track of customers’ compliance with credit terms
- To ensure credit files are complete and up-to-date
- To review Banking Returns and internal reports submitted to Head Office and business functions
- Degree or above in related disciplines with at least 10 years’ experience in Credit Administration
- Self-initiative and a good team player
- Familiar with Cross-border regulations and Banking products (e.g. mortgage)
- Knowledgeable in Treasury limit and Documentation (e.g. ISDA)
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
