Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily accounting function of the Group (including monthly closing and audit)
- Setup and supervise the internal control function of the Group
- Prepare the financial forecast and monitor the variance
- Prepare the finance analytical reports to the management (including management report, cash flow report, annual budget, and business analysis reports)
- Liaise with the local tax authorities for handling all the tax matters
- Liaise with other external professional parties such as lawyer, auditor and financial advisor etc. for due diligence exercises and group structure matters
Requirements
- This position will be based in Guizhou, China
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, candidate with CPA and other relevant professional qualifications is preferred
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Finance and Accounting background, preferable in Agriculture/Plantation industry
- With work exposure in Mainland China is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
