Our client, is a listed company of HK which is an electronic manufaturer with over 38,000 employees and subcontract workers in 23 countries worldwide.
Design engineering centers are located in Hong Kong, China, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Israel, Japan, UK and USA.
Now, in order to expand their business in Automobile component field, they are looking for the follwing talent;

POSITION SUMMARY:
Expand customer base and products offering in Transmission or Drivetrain segment and formulate strategic plan
Direct engineering development according to product road map and work with project teams to complete awarded programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consolidate product requirement and make product roadmap in consultation with product engineer team;
Present product roadmap at Annual Strategic Planning Review to obtain Executive Committee consent;
Review with customer regularly to ensure things work out right;
Get customer specific application requirement through key account manager for quotation;
As monitor/auditor, prepare BOM through business engineers and supply chain services, monitor BOM ration and operating profit with “right pricing tool”;
Review with key account manager on price setting, terms, toolings.etc;
Negotiate with customers to ensure acceptable BOM ratio;
Monitor and make consistent pricing decisions around the world.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related;
With more than ten years of Business Development related experience;
Good business negotiation and presentation skills;
Automotive engineering background with knowledge in Transmission (AT, AMT, DCT, etc) or Drivetrain (AWD, Transfer Case, Torque Vectoring, etc);
Proficiency in English and a knowledge of an Asian language would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
